I have really not been following Tiger Woods and his escapades the past few weeks. I usually give all news including the headlines a miss, but do check out the technology news being the tech freak that I am. I however saw a couple of links wherein Brit Hume was urging Tiger Woods to give up on the Buddhist faith and turn to the Christian faith.
Tiger Woods, Brit Hume and Christianity…
Come to think of it Christianity as a religion sucks pretty much too. It really is no different from other religions if it comes down to following rules and regulations. Christianity is the best (well it is the only one – John 14:6) if you are talking about having a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and getting saved (born again) by accepting Him as your Savior. Nobody is going to get saved by following Christianity as a religion, not even Tiger Woods. It is a relationship with Jesus Christ that will save anybody and everybody and not just Tiger Woods. I’m not sure what Brit Hume meant, but I sincerely hope it meant Tiger Woods getting born again.
