My Very Beautiful Wife!

Rajiv Abraham And Grace Mallika

Today I thought instead of blogging about anything else I would write about my very beautiful wife and how much she means to me. I thought it would be a good idea to share about someone who takes such wonderful and great care of me, who keeps me in shape and fighting fit to take on life every day morning, who has thrown in her life behind me to support and walk with me in all my endeavors, who has devoted her life to making mine complete. I know words are inadequate to even begin to describe, but at least they are a start.

To start off with her name is Grace Mallika and both names have beautiful meaning. Grace means “unmerited divine assistance given humans for their regeneration or sanctification, a virtue coming from God, a state of sanctification enjoyed through divine grace” and this is so perfect for me since I understand and experience the Grace of God daily in my life and now His Grace has given me this Grace. Mallika means “Queen, Scent Of Jasmine” and yes she is a Queen, at least of my heart and is always spreading exceedingly great and sweet fragrance wherever she is.

Jab We Met – I still vividly remember the first time she came into my life and flashed those big and beautiful eyes of hers at me. At that very moment I knew I was hooked and she was the one. God is truly great for He brings to pass what He has planned and promised to us and a couple of years later we were man and wife.

The Person – She is a wonderfully affectionate person, very warm and friendly with everyone. She mingles very easily with everyone and gets along well with everyone. She has fit in perfectly with my family, my friends, my work, in short has complemented me perfectly in every area of my life.

The Knowledge – She is an engineer by education/profession. I for one wanted a life partner who would take care of me fulltime and she without hesitation gave up her job after marriage to do exactly that. Guys, don’t get me wrong, I am not against women working, just that I always wanted a stay at home wife/mom who would delight in taking care of her family.

The Skills – She is naturally gifted in practically everything that is artistic by nature. She paints, decorates, sews, draws, etc. with such natural ease that it amazes me no end. She is always pottering about the house creating something.

The Caretaker – She is a wonderful companion, putting me first always. Right from the moment I wake up she is ready with my hot cuppa tea and takes wonderful care of me till she practically puts me to bed. They say that the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. Well I was a size 30 before marriage and in these short 5 months after marriage I had become a size 35, a testament to her wonderful cooking prowess. All the recipes you will find on this blog are by her. Just search under Grace and I can assure you as you try them out, you will find they are delicious to say the least.

The Partner – I always used to pray to God that I would have a helper in my wife, someone who would support me in my endeavors and Grace has fit into this role so perfectly that I am amazed at God’s Grace and blessing in everything He blesses us with. She supports me and complements me so perfectly in everything I do, even beginning from the most essential prayer life that is so essential to believers. She is born again, spirit filled and has the Lord as the first priority in her life.

The Teacher – Well only Jesus is the Teacher and no one else can even think of this title, but I will be the first to admit that I learn from my wife. She comes up with pearls of wisdom just when they are needed and is always there to correct me if I am headed in the wrong direction.

The Rejuvenator – Another area she is naturally gifted is in the area of rejuvenation of the body and the mind. If I come home tired and tense, she has the perfect cup of ginger tea to relax me, the perfect hot oil head massage to relieve all the tension and would even give a professional masseuse a run for her money.

Well I am at a loss for words here about how to continue describing such a wonderful person as my wife, but I am sure you get the picture. Even if you don’t please understand I am not bragging here, but have been able to put only a miniscule amount of data. To end it, come on guys, all you bloggers out there. Let’s hear it for our wonderful wives who take such good care of us and let’s all start sharing about how wonderful they are. If you are not married then you can start with your mom. I know I shall be blogging about her next.

Hi, I am so blessed to read this. I can second every bit of information that my bro has put in here about Grace. She truly is a gift of God in my brother's life. She is also a wonderful sister to me (I have always longed to have a sister of mine own and its like an answer to my prayers).
Praise God for this beautiful addition to our family. Bless you Grace…with all my love.

Thanks KK. Yes indeed very lucky, though I would say luck has nothing to do with it. I will give all the credit and glory to God and its His blessings reflected in my wife too.

Thanks for stopping by. Take care and God bless…

Rajiv you have blessed me with your blogs. A beautifl wife is likely to be made by a beautiful man. But it makes so much sense to know that she came into your life through prayer. May God bless you even more!

Thanks Barbara. Prayer works and is often the most neglected part of our lives apart from the Word of God. If you can get the Word of God and prayer working together in your life then nothing can stop you.

  6. I have the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen for my wife. I thank God every day. I don’t know how I got so lucky.

  7. I love you Lacey Puumala.
