Non-veg recipes are always welcome :) I am a hardcore non-vegetarian…sometimes for all three meals I consume non.

In fact, Andhra and Chettinadu style non-veg items are really good (on top of what I like the most – the Kerala style). Somehow, I am yet to develop an appetite for Kannada style food.

Cheers,
Ajith

Ajith,

You are speaking my language now. I have to have non-vegetarian food at all meals and I am a hardcore chicken lover myself. I prefer Indian and Moghalai cuisine, but also love Chinese and Thai cooking apart from Mediterranean.
