We are all used to the logo Intel Inside on our PCs. Now that is going to be extended to our mobiles too with Intel's Moorestown Platform. Till now mobiles have been powered mostly by ARM processors which too have recently hit the 1 GHz mark with the Snapdragon processor. Intel though have not enjoyed much success in the area of mobile phones, but that is expected to change with the line blurring between smartphone, superphone, netbook, and smartbook in the very near future. Personally having used Intel and AMD I can definitely say I prefer Intel in my PC and let's hope that extends to the mobile platform too. With the Snapdragon processor watching 720P movies is going to be a cinch on the mobile phone. Hopefully 1080P will also be possible very soon, but I do have issues playing 1080P content on my PC even now.
