God Is Faithful!

As we near the end of this year and move into the beginning of a new year there is a lot of uncertainty. The year 2009 was pretty much a bad year for most people. Many lost jobs because of the economic crisis and pretty much find themselves in dire financial straits because of mortgages, credit card debts, personal loans, etc. Many are faced with the prospect of an uncertain future. There is a lot of political instability too even in my own backyard of Hyderabad with the Telangana issue. But I want to instill faith in you, faith in the Lord Jesus Christ especially for the future. Looking back I can say with certainty the Lord Jesus Christ was faithful and never left my side even for a moment. I can say with complete assurance He is faithful and He will see you through too. Psalm 121:4 (KJV) says “Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.” He who has seen you through 2009 will lift you up in 2010 and beyond. 1 Thessalonians 5:24 (KJV) gives us this assurance with “Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.” Happy New Year 2010!
