Well, not too many, and not too less! There are at least a couple of dents and few scratches on my car. If each of these scratches and dents were to come alive and if you were to ask them about their existence, I am sure they would all have a story to tell.
Now don’t get me wrong. These stories are nothing to do with hitting people or anything. I can assure you that all the pain my car has had to go through is because I banged it into a non-living thing. Thank God for that!
Okay, what am I trying to say here. Let us try and draw an analogy. The closest resemblance to “Scratches on a car” can be “Scars in our lives”.
We may all have scars in our life; scars that have been caused because of betrayal, a broken relationship, an unforgettable incident, or just because someone was mean to us, etc.
What is your life’s story? Are there scars in your life that still remain? Some of these scars might even be visible while some may not be physically visible, but still the pain remains.
Do we allow pain to creep back each time you look at those scars or are reminded of them?
Well, I would like to tell you a story of a man who took many scars on his body, on his heart, on his mind, in fact everywhere possible He was scarred. He took the pain and agony these scars caused him and that too without complaining or flinching in pain. Every ache, pain, grief, agony, or anguish you can think of has already been experienced to the core by this one person. Physical, mental, emotional; you name it – He has taken every pain already.
You might wonder why someone would do that. Well, my friend, the scripture says in Isaiah 53 that He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows, and familiar with suffering. Like one from whom men hide their faces He was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely He took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered Him stricken by God, smitten by Him, and afflicted. But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His wounds we are healed.
So there it is – He did all that for you and for me! He did it all so that we could experience joy instead of agony, healing instead of pain, abundance instead of lack, a healthy life instead of sickness and death.
God has enabled us to have a plethora of goodness and joy. If you want to experience this abundance, all you need to do is call on the name of Jesus!!
He is the only one who will understand your scars because He identifies with them. No matter what your situation might be, or how deep or dark your scars are, He has a way to heal them and restore what you have lost.
Don’t brood on your past scars. Give them to Jesus and in return accept the restoration and healing that He gives us. May God bless you abundantly!

Good thoughts Rajeev…
Btw, your pubmatic background colours have started appearing in green, orange, deep red etc. Did you allow them to automatically optimize colours?
Saw your bidvertiser ad on my site today

Yes Ajith. Have chosen optimize color for me by Pubmatic. Only thing is they need some 10,000 impressions to find out which ads and colors get the highest CTR before they start optimizing the ads. Previously I had blend in ads but did not get much CTR. Thought I will go with Pubmatic and see how it works out and as of now AdSense is doing good.
