I am sure you have heard of many blog link exchange programs and probably even tried a few like Entrecard, BlogRush, etc. I for myself have not been involved in anything more than manual link exchanges with a few fellow bloggers whose blogs I do read on a regular basis. However, the other day I came across an article about BlogUpp that promises to be different in boosting traffic to your blog (but then don’t they all?). What was unique about BlogUpp was that you do not have to sign up or give out your email or any details about yourself at all. You do not even have to come up with an advert. Just give your blog’s URL and BlogUpp will come up with code that you need to put on your blog. BlogUpp then creates snapshots of your blog and also reads your RSS regularly and then BlogUpp will show your blog’s thumbnail on other blogs which have BlogUpp code installed on their blog or website. BlogUpp will also include your most recent article along with the thumbnail and the statistics are that for every 10 readers on your blog, it will be shown to 9 readers on other blogs. This ratio is absolutely out of this world and the best in all of the blogosphere. All of this is completely free and does not require much work at all. Just put in your blog’s URL on the BlogUpp website and insert the given code on your blog and you are ready to roll.
In terms of traffic I have not noticed any huge spike or increase till now. You can log traffic from BlogUpp by looking out for adv.blogupp.com as a referrer and I have come across adv.blogupp.com a few times as a referrer, but like I said the referrals are not huge as of now, however, this should get better and increase in the coming days. BlogUpp is easy to use, easy to install and does offer a window of opportunity for others to discover your blog and also for you and the visitors on your blog to discover other blogs. This feature alone makes it worthwhile to get BlogUpp up and running on your blog.

Yeah, I looked into it again and it cannot accept my RSS. Which is weird, I think that maybe it is because I use Feed Burner? Guess I will have to figure that one out. Thanks again
so i went premium and i must say i like it! I’ve been doing some calculations (i’m an accountant so it lies in my blood) and you pay around 5 cents (euro money) per visitor. I sometimes get the feeling though that the impressions aren’t targeted ie. they show up whereever. I seam to be getting around 12 visitors for 3500 impressions. I’m happy with the results. Once i don’t have any more impressions i’m going to wait a while and see how many returning visitors i get. Overall i like blogupp a lot!
