This is a great way to have children (and even husbands) have bananas and milk. My husband especially abhors even the very mention of banana and so in an effort to get him to have some bananas I tried this recipe and it came out very well. Now of course I resort to this milkshake whenever I need my husband to have some bananas or milk. Give it a try, I’m sure you’ll love it.
Ingredients:
Banana 1.
Cold milk 2 cups.
Bournvita 4-5 tsp.
Sugar to taste.
Method:
Peel the banana and chop it. Blend all the above mentioned ingredients in a mixer. Sprinkle some Bournvita on the top before serving.
Please note that if you are using a ripe banana there is no need to add sugar, otherwise add the desired amount of sugar as per taste.
Sounds yummy. But I thought Rajiv is on fruit diet of late and let him drink only plain juice
no milk, no sugar, no chocolate…
Oh yes, it was yummy, but something I will not have on a regular basis or probably as you said with no milk, sugar or chocolate.
