Avast Free Antivirus 5 is now a part of Google Pack. More details about it here and more information on Google Pack here.
Pursuant to Avast 5 Antivirus' good showing on my system, I have been continuing to use it as well as recommend it all and sundry and with this news that should continue for a while.
