I would like to dedicate this recipe to my sister who also happens to be my best friend on the occasion of Friendship Day.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes 250 gm
- Oil
- Mustard seeds ½ tsp
- Chopped ginger 1 inch
- Chopped garlic pods 6 to 8
- Slit green chilies 2
- Sliced onion 1 small
- Chili powder ¼ tsp
- Yoghurt ¼ cup
- Salt to taste

Method: Wash potatoes thoroughly and parboil them adding a little salt. Allow to cool. Peel and cube potatoes, and deep fry them. Reserve aside. Heat about 1 to 2 tsp of oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds. When they pop add chopped ginger, slit green chilies, sliced onion, chili powder, and chopped garlic. Fry for a minute or two on a high flame. Add yogurt and salt to taste to the mixture and cook. Finally toss potatoes and dry out. Squeeze a dash of lemon juice before serving.
